Protection applies to items in the order that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrive damaged. PYVOT reviews reports and helps arrange a replacement or refund for approved claims.
Contact us with your order number, tracking information, and a description of what happened. For damaged items, keep the packaging and include photos of the item and package. We may request additional information to review your report.
